<P><BR><STRONG>美國勞工局公布到7月底，一共有40萬人領取失業救濟金，比經濟學家認為可接受的失業人數37萬5千人，高出不少，影響投資人信心，因此三大股開盤都直直落，尤其道瓊工業指數，開盤1小時就跌了2%。</STRONG></P>
